Whether you're looking for soups, stews, chilis, or chowders, our Weight Watchers soups have you covered. There's nothing better on a chilly Fall evening than enjoying some soup in front of the fire (or, uh, TV). 🙂 Serve any of these soups with my 1 point Cheddar Bay biscuits for a delicious low point meal.

Best Weight Watchers Soups
No matter what plan you are currently following, the soups below are sure to add tons of flavor to your meal plan. One of my favorite things about soups are how they satisfy without adding a ton of points or calories.
Even better, you'll find options on here that are creamy and rich or broth-based and light. You don't have to feel like it's not a full meal, but you can also find choices that fit as a side or starter to a bigger meal. Soup is always a good idea!
Are These The New myWW Plan Points?
When this post was originally created, we were still following the FreeStyle plan. This means that while the headings for points below will most closely align with the Blue plan, it may also be different on your choice of plan.
If you are following the Purple or Green plans, I highly recommend you check each recipe for points amounts for the different plans. Not all of the WW soups listed are our own creations, so they may not have updated points. If not, use your app or Healthi formerly iTrackbites app to verify the points for the plan you are using.

How do I Make Sure I Feel Satisfied Just Eating Soup?
One question I see often is how to feel satisfied just eating soups. The thing is, some of these will easily fill you up with just one portion. Other soups, however, are lighter and may feel less filling. So, how do you fix that problem?
- Add additional zero point protein to your soup.
- Serve with a large salad or half a sandwich like you often see in restaurants.
- Make room in your daily points for a roll, biscuit, or 2-ingredient bread on the side.
- Top your soup with a healthy fat like avocado slices.
- Use a few points for full-fat cheese on top of your soup.
- Measure and count crackers to mix into your soup.
- Add a dollop of nonfat plain Greek yogurt for zero points on some plans to the top of your soups.
- Include more vegetables and less broth in your serving.
