The best part about egg souffle is that you can mix them up however you want. Add in some zero point Greek yogurt to make them a bit fluffier, add different spices to mix them up, or even add some chicken for an extra kick of protein! I know we ave talked a lot about adding protein to our diet. That's because it keeps us full longer, which helps with weight loss!

Air Fryer Egg Souffle

We have been looking for a different way to make eggs, and this morning we made an Air Fryer Egg Souffle that turned out simply amazing. Our Air Fryer is starting to get a workout as the summer months are here. We have not put our Instant Pot away, but we are breaking out the Air Fryer, so get ready for some amazing dishes.

Why are Eggs Zero Points?

According to the Weight Watchers Website the foods on the zero point list help to form the foundation of healthy eating habits. It is also very hard to overeat these foods. Eggs are very versatile, and for most adults eggs don't have a significant impact on your cholesterol. You can add broccoli and mushrooms to eggs for a healthy, quick zero point breakfast. Top them with salsa or go nuts…with almonds of course, any way you want to make them it's up to you. They are zero points and a delicious addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Be sure to calculate points when adding toppings like almonds. 😉

  1. Great recipes, Jasmine! But I think you may have meant to say ramekins and not trivets for the containers.

  2. I don’t have an air fryer. How can it be adapted for the Instant Pot?

    • Place the trivet inside the Instant Pot. Add 1 cup of water. Place the baking pan on the trivet. Place the lid on the pressure cooker and pressure cook for 12 minutes on high. Quick release let it sit for 5-7 minutes add fat-free cheddar cheese to the top and enjoy.

    • 30 seconds at a time in the microwave is what I do. usually takes about 45-1:30 seconds depending on how big your microwave is:)
