Ingredients
Crust (12 points) Regular store-bought crust is (24 points) for the whole thing
1 cup of self-rising flour (12 points)
1 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
4 cups of apple slices (4 medium or large apples sliced)
1 egg white lightly beaten
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Bourbon, enough to coat the apples
¾ cup zero calorie sweetener plus 1 tablespoon
2 teaspoons ground cCinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray pie pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Press 2-ingredient dough into the pie pan, ensuring it is smooth. Brush half of the beaten egg white onto the crust. Brush the inside of the crust with Bourbon. Set aside.
Mix ¾ cup zero calorie sweetener and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
Mix bourbon and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
Toss the apples in Bourbon and pure vanilla extract, then the cinnamon mixture until they are well coated.
Repeat the process, placing the apples back in the Bourbon and vanilla, then coating them with cinnamon and sweetener again.
Spoon apple mixture into center of crust. Fold 2-inch edge up over the apple mixture.
Brush crust with remaining egg white, sprinkling crust and apples with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until apples are tender.
While the pie is baking mix together 1 tablespoon of powdered sweetener and 1 tsp of bourbon. Drizzle on top of pie once it cools
