Corn on the Cob in the Instant Pot
Corn Recipes and Weight Watchers
Corn is part of the zero point food list that Weight Watchers has for the Freestyle program, which is amazing!
Corn is a staple in our household, but it can get boring if you don't mix it up a bit. If you are meal prepping this is a great way to cook your corn in a jiffy. I cooked the corn on the cob whole but you can cut it in half to make more servings per ear if you would like. I don't know anyone who eats just one serving of corn on the cob, but more power to you if that's you. 😉
Main Dishes With Corn
If you are using a zero point day to get back on track, or to jump start your journey, then chicken and veggies are going to be your go to foods. Add corn to my Broccoli and Cheddar Soup for a flavorful twist and extra texture.
