Instant Pot Beef Tips with Gravy

I've been putting my kitchen to work! These Instant Pot beef tips will knock your socks off! It's a simple, easy, flavorful dinner that's ready in a jiffy. And yes, you can cook it in the crockpot instead if you want! 🙂

How to make beef tips in the Instant Pot

The key to tender beef tips in under an hour is the Instant Pot. Or the Ninja Foodi, like we use. You can also cook it in the crockpot, but that's gonna take about 6-8 hours to reach the same tenderness.

In the Instant Pot, add onions, garlic, and beef. Pour in broth. Press manual or pressure cook button and set timer to 25 minutes. Make sure the valve is set to sealed.

Once the Instant Pot beeps and stops counting, release the pressure via the valve.

Hit the cancel button on the Instant Pot, then press the saute button.

Mix milk with the cornstarch. Pour into the Instant Pot. Allow it to come to a boil stirring often.

Once it starts to thicken add in the paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Serve topped over potatoes, pasta, or rice.
